Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before dispatch (whichever is earlier).

  • To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team via email or phone with your order details.

  • Once the product has been shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.

Return Policy

  • Returns are only accepted if:

    • The product delivered is damaged, defective, or not as described.

    • The issue is reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, with original packaging and invoice.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your return.

Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be initiated to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Razorpay, etc.) within 7–10 working days.

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • In case of service-related issues (installation, maintenance, etc.), refunds will be processed only if the service is not delivered after confirmed booking.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used water filters and purifier accessories.

  • Customized or installed RO units.

  • Services already provided (e.g., repair, maintenance).
