Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before dispatch (whichever is earlier).
To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team via email or phone with your order details.
Once the product has been shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
Return Policy
Returns are only accepted if:
The product delivered is damaged, defective, or not as described.
The issue is reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.
The product must be unused, with original packaging and invoice.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your return.
Refund Policy
Approved refunds will be initiated to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Razorpay, etc.) within 7–10 working days.
Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
In case of service-related issues (installation, maintenance, etc.), refunds will be processed only if the service is not delivered after confirmed booking.
Non-Refundable Items
Opened or used water filters and purifier accessories.
Customized or installed RO units.
Services already provided (e.g., repair, maintenance).
